Returns & Exchanges

Please note: you will need a printer to print your shipping label to complete your return. If you don't have a printer, please call our customer service line. At 404-732-2442

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please follow the simple screen-by-screen instructions to complete your online return or exchange. You’ll be able to print a shipping label from your computer* to return the item back to us.

Our Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn,unopened, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of received date. All Electronics including computers, laptops,mp3, and gadgets have a 7 day return policy. Simply follow the guidelines below. Items must be in saleable condition for refund or exchange to be granted. Items sent by customers deemed damaged or defective not by BidEuphoria,Inc. will not be granted a refund nor exchange. Please note that items received after 30 days of the received date will not be accepted for a return and will be sent back to you. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no additional shipping charges to you.
Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours (excluding weekends) if an item is damaged, defective or if we have not sent you the correct style, color or size of your order.

*If the return is a result of our error, please contact Customer Service at 404-732-2442. Please email us at
customerservice@bideuphoria.com or call us and let us know the item # and the problem with the item. We will issue you an RMA# for the return. All returns need to be accompanied by an RMA# or they will not be accepted and items will be sent back to you. Please postmark returns within 5 days (excluding weekends) of original receipt.

 

Once we receive the item at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the full purchase price (minus shipping charges). We will issue a refund to your credit card within 24 hours of receiving your return at our warehouse.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are returning a gift online, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase.

 

Want to exchange your item?
 
Because merchandise quantities are limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as it is likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available.
At this time we are not able to accept exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer damage/defect or if you receive an incorrect item (i.e., a size, style or color other than what you ordered).

As always, we stand behind the quality of our products. If an item is deemed defective by fault of BidEuphoria, we will accept the merchandise beyond the 30 day (7 Days for electronics) return policy.

We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.


PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges and returns for Canadian and International online orders.
 

 

Brief Info
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

 
Non-Returnable/ Refundable Items:
BidEuphoria does not accept returns or process refunds of the following items:
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • All Electronic Products under Electronics Department (ex: MP3 Players, Computers, Laptops and desktops) more than 7 days after delivery
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products (Movies, Music, Games, Software, etc due to nature of business)
  • Organic Eco-Friendly Food Items or Wines
  • Charitable Donations
  • Warranties
  • Gift cards and gift certificates
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points,Playstation Network Cards, etc.)
  • Some Jewelry orders
  • Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets cannot be returned
  • All Adult Items (including equipments, dildos, lube, etc., in Adult section)
  • Wigs
  • Lingerie
  • Items Under $3 (including tax)
  • Items Over $1200 (including tax)
  • And some Furniture items
  •  You may also return your items to a BidEuphoria Retail Store in your local community. Refund will be credited to original purchaser and tender give in the first form received (ex. is paid online you'll receive credit to your debit/credit card)

    These items listed above are final and can not be returned or refunded, even if unopened or unused

     

    Test all products as soon as you receive them. Packages returned as undeliverable or refused will be automatically charged 5% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Please send E-mail to customerservice@bideuphoria.com with your name, your order number, and any issues you have with your purchase items. We will respond within 12 hours to inform you about the return procedure (Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required. We do not open packages received without RAN.) and where to return the package. We cannot accept returns on special orders, insertion and genital contact toys (i.e. dildos, vibrators, pumps etc.), intimate clothing, edible products or anything returned to us in unsellable condition. If due to any defect in materials or workmanship or this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the manufacturer will repair this product or, at the manufacturer's sole option, be replaced. Warranties do not cover product repair and / or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. These products are sold as novelties only. Because personal senses, feeling, stimulation and satisfaction are such individual and private matters, the manufacturer cannot and does not warrant that this product will achieve any particular result. The manufacturer does not warrant the fitness for a particular purpose of its products and does not make any warranty, express or implied, other than the warranty contained herein. No implied warranty created by state law shall extend beyond the terms of this warranty and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss of use of the product or incidental or consequential damages which this product might cause.

     

    Limitation of liability and warranty

    We disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) Any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services; and 2) Any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This Website is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the customer. 

    BidEuphoria is not responsible for duplicate orders or any other errors in orders made by customers. All transactions are confirmed by "Order confirmation email" sent out by our system. Please review it carefully as soon as you receive it. We are not responsible for our emails not being delivered to you if you provided incorrect email address or "blocked" our email from entering your email box. If you suspect you made a mistake, you have to email us about it the same business day.
    Orders already fulfilled by our warehouse and packed for shipping can only be canceled with 25% restocking fee withheld from your refund or purchase. Orders already shipped, can not be cancelled.
    We may honor your order cancellation request if we recieve it via email before 8:30am of the next business day. When "delivery confirmation" record is posted on public website of our shipping partner (independant third party), we can not accept "order not received" claims.
