You can request a credit that will beat our competitor's price by one cent.

You are eligible for a refund if your request meets the following conditions:

• Our Price Match Guarantee is valid only for the below Qualified Internet Retailers.
• The Qualified Internet Retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
• Requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase at BidEuphoria.com.
• Our Price Match Guarantee is valid up to a maximum of three (3) requests within a 30-day period.
• Our Price Match Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per request.
• Our Price Match Guarantee is limited to a minimum of $1.00 per request.
• Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply in our Cellular or Clearance stores, and in all cases excludes Marketplace items.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to BidEuphoria.com's product price and lowest priced shipping method for that item.
• Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, free shipping, or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to membership pricing.
• Our Price Match Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address.
• The Price Match Guarantee is subject to change at any time.

How do I submit a Request?

Email customer service customerservice@bideuphoria.com. Your email must include the following or it will be rejected:

• BidEuphoria.com Order Number.
• BidEuphoria.com item description or SKU number (from product description page or from your receipt).
• URL to the competitor's product.
• Date you saw the competitor's product at that price.
• The amount of the refund you are requesting.
