U.S. SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
BidEuphoria offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days to reach your destination, depending on your location and when orders are processed.
- Shipping & handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order before taxes
- Delivery dates apply to in-stock items only
- We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday
- Express and overnight delivery are not available for gift cards or orders shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Overnight delivery is now available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

U.S. SHIPPING QUESTIONS
When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes about one business day for us to process your order. As soon as we’ve verified all of your information, your order will ship and we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. Please Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available. If you’d like to receive the in-stock items in your shopping bag sooner, please place your pre-order separately.
When will my order arrive?
If you’ve selected standard shipping, you’ll receive your order 3-5 business days after it ships. If you’d like your order sooner, we can expedite your shipping for an additional charge. (Please see shipping table above.) Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note: standard shipping to these locations may take a bit longer.
Can I check the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Just sign into My Account and click on “View Orders.” As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation order that will also contain your tracking information. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer online order tracking for Canadian orders at this time. Please contact Client Services at 404-732-2442 with any questions regarding your order.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my package?
Depending on where you live and which shipping method you chose, we will chose from a variety of carriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.
I’m not going to be home to sign for my package. Is that ok?
Please note that all orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
Some standard delivery orders may arrive on Saturday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to Canada and all of the U.S. Protectorates (including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico).
Do you ship to U.S. Protectorates?
Yes, we deliver to most U.S. Protectorates including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
What are my delivery options to U.S. Protectorates?
Puerto Rico offers overnight, express and standard delivery options; all other protectorates will be shipped via standard delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do. We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses so you can send bebe items to friends and family serving in the military. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
How do gift cards ship?
Gift cards arrive in a stylish presentation box and are shipped free of charge using standard shipping. Unfortunately, express and overnight shipping are not available for gift cards. However, if your order includes merchandise as well as a gift card, you may expedite your shipping method.
APO/FPO SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do. We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses so you can send bebe items to friends and family serving in the military. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address on our order form?
If you're placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address, enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field followed by "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Then choose the appropriate military state designation in the dropdown menu for "State." Then, enter the appropriate ZIP code and follow the steps to finalize your order. Please allow extra time for delivery to these locations. For help with shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please follow these steps:
- Country field: Select "United States" toggle button on the top on the form
- City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO"
- State field: Select "Armed Forces Americas (except Canada)," "Armed Forces Africa," Armed Forces Canada," "Armed Forces Middle East," Armed Forces Europe," or "Armed Forces Pacific" depending on where the recipient is stationed
- Zip code: Enter zip code associated with the APO/FPO address
This will ensure that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail.
