There are various ways to get paid from your buyers. Please view our Acceptable Payments Policy to view which forms of payment are acceptable and which forms are not allowed on BidEuphoria.
While listing an item, you would select which payment methods you will accept. You would then invoice your buyer after the sale... either from your selling page in the members area, or simply sending them an email. You would inform them of the total due and what forms of payment you accept.
If you select any of the online payment methods we have listed in our Acceptable Payments Policy, you will need to ensure that you first create an account with that company.
as
Log into your account, then click the selling tab in the members area. This page will default to displaying your open auctions. Click the "sold" sub-tab to view your sold items. Click the "message board" link for the appropriate auction, to send your buyer a message or to view their contact info.as
To leave feedback you will need to login to your account, then click the feedback tab in the members area. There are two section on the feedback page... The first section displays your feedback, and the second section is the auctions you have yet to leave feedback for. Just click the "proceed" link for the appropriate auction you wish to leave feedback for.as
No. By using the site you enter into a legal binding contract to pay for the items, therefor no bid retract will be provided on BidEuphoria. Please make sue you want that item before you place a bid for it. Please also note if you bid on an item you don't want and you win, you will have to contact the seller and explain your situation with him or her. You may not retract nor cancel your bids.
Note: There is noequivalent for bid retraction in Buy Out listings, or for listings where the bidding has ended. Once you've confirmed your purchase, you are obligated to pay the seller.
as
If you make payment for an auction outside of the BidEuphoria, our system will not know this and will reflect "unpaid" as the status. The buyer will have to manually update the status of this item in the members area.
If your seller accepts one of our many forms of direct pay, you will be able to pay directly from your items won page. Once payment is completed, this page would be updated automatically (within approximately fifteen minutes), showing a status of "paid".
If you pay outside the site, many sellers just ship items without updating this page. So it is very common to pay for items and receive them without this page ever being updated. Please note a seller must also indicate the payment gateway call back url, in order to process your payments as well. As seen in our accounts and reigisteration sign-up.
as
If your seller accepts Direct Pay and has this option activated for the auction in question, you can pay from your bidding page. Simply go to your bidding page in the members area, and click the pay now button for the appropriate auction.
If your seller does not have Direct Pay set up, you will need to wait for them to invoice you. If your seller has not contacted you within 2-3 business days, we recommend you send them an email or give them a call. Some sellers rely on our automated "your auction has sold" emails to know when their items sell, which are sometimes blocked by spam filters. So just because you seller has not contacted you, does not mean they are not intersted in selling the item to you.
Should your seller not reply to you within three business days, please report this to us through our contact form, or through an abuse report. Please do not contact us if you have not first tried to contact your seller, and gave them appropriate time to respond (3 business days).
as

A bid or Buy Out purchase is considered a contract and you are obligated to purchase the item.

However, mistakes sometimes happen, and many sellers are willing to work with you if you communicate with them openly and honestly. If you have not done so already, you may want to give the seller a call, or send them an email. Let the seller know your situation, and see if you can work things out to everyone's satisfaction.

If the seller does not respond in the way you hope, keep in mind that failing to purchase an item you have won may result in negative feedback, as well as an Non paying bidder strike against your account. Too many unpaid item strikes may result in permanent suspension of your account.

Emails are automatically sent from our system within 60 seconds of registration. Not receiving a confirmation email is usually due to spam filtering... Either by your ISP or settings on your computer.
You may want to check your spam or bulk mail folders, to see if your activation email was routed there. You will also want to make sure admin@bideuphoria.com is in your allowed senders list.
We resend activation emails twice a week to all account that have yet to be confirmed. If you continue to have problems receiving the activation email, you may need to create a new account and use a different email address. Yahoo and gmail email addresses work very good with our system.
as
You have requested a new password via the "forgot password" form on the sign in page, and this password is not working...
There are usually two reasons for this:
1) You are using the copy/paste feature on your PC to transfer password data. This does not always work, so you will need to hand enter the password exactly as it appears in the email you received.
2) Refreshing/reloading the password request page after submitting, or sending multiple requests for a new password. Only submit a new password request once, then wait for the email. The email is sent immediately by us, but sometimes mail providers have a delay for spam filtering purposes, or other reasons. If you are using msn.com or hotmail.com email address, you may not recieve this email, due to their (our opinion) "flawed" spam filtering technology.
NOTE: We do not recommend using msn.com or hotmail.com email addresses for use on our site, as you will most likely not receive emails from our system.
as
When trying to login and you receive a username not valid error means one of two things:
1) You have mistyped your username.
Try logging in again, and be sure you spell your username exactly as you used to register.
2) We have deleted your account for failure to provide complete and/or accurate contact information.
We screen all new registrations. If we find a registration with missing or invalid contact info, we automatically delete the account. It is the users responsibility to enter complete and accurate information when registering. The majority of registrations that we automatically delete are due to users not entering their complete name... First name only is not valid contact info. The second major factor that results in account deletion is entering an invalid phone number or address.
as
Accounts are suspended for various reasons. If your account is suspended, you should have received an email detailing the reason(s).
Some of the main reasons for account suspensions are listed below:
  • Contact info not valid
  • Buyer complaint that seller has neglected to respond to BidEuphoria admin email. We usually give the seller 3-7 days to reply to our requests for information.
  • Bidding on items without paying. We usually do not suspend for only one of these types of infractions, but we reserve the right to take action we deem necessary after conducting our investigations.
  • Repeated violations of our listing policies. (spam listings, illegal items, links in auctions, etc,.)
  • Not paying your account fees

IMPORTANT NOTE: Members who are suspended are prohibited from registering new accounts, bidding or selling on BidEuphoria using any other existing accounts. BidEuphoria reserves the right to suspend existing accounts as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a suspended user or by any other associates of a suspended user.

To close your account you would just need to turn all your email preferences to the off position, and end any active auctions you may have running.
You would then not receive any correspondence from our site in the future, unless you turn any of your email preferences back on. If you have been the buyer or seller in any recent transactions, you may receive correspondence from the other member involved.
We do not purge accounts from our database, for internal security reasons. Requests for such a purge will not be completed, unless a court order is issued. Your account can be suspended if fees are due.
as
There are three different ways to pay your seller fees:
1) Click the pay now button in the invoice email that is sent on the 15th of each month.
2) Click the My Account tab in the members area, then click the Manage Account sub tab. Your account balance will be shown on this page, along with a credit your account section. Enter the amount you wish to pay, then click the payment link to proceed to the payment gateway. We only allow you to pay via MoneyBookers or Google Checkout System, both are free to join.
3) You can pay your fees if more than 500 US dollars using a personal check or money order, sent to BidEuphoria, Inc, Accounts, P.O. Box 10441, Carrollton GA 30118. On all checks or money order please indicate your username on it with a valid email address registered with your account. For international users, this state will be waived, due to the fact it takes a long time to receive and process your check and money order, so users in other countries may use our Payment Gateway (Google) as a way to pay off balances due. Paying your fees on time will avoid having your listings closed and accounts suspended. We have the rights to close or suspend any account that ad a balance due, if balance isn't paid within 30days of invoice, please know you will be receiving a bill, if balance is over due more than the 30 day warning period, risk, losing your account, legal matters, and credit reported to agencies, thus impacting your credit score.
NOTE: We do not require payment for accounts with a balance due of $5.00 or less. Monthly invoices will not be sent to users with a balance less than $5.00

There are a couple reasons why pictures do not show in listings:
1) Failure to properly upload the picture:
When you are creating your listing, you will browse to find your picture or enter a url of the image. After you select your image you must click the "upload file" button, which is located to the right of the "browse" button. The page will then refresh with a thumbnail of your image showing in this section. All your other information you entered on this page will still remain filled in. If you do not see a thumbnail of your image in this section, your image was not uploaded correctly.
2) Improper image format and/or size:
Images must be in JPEG or GIF format, and should be 200kb or less in size. If you need image resize software, please feel free to download one and resize to 200kb.

To sell on BidEuphoria you need to first register for an account. Then verify your identity though our verified program. Verification is now an automated process, and you will be able to list immediately upon completion of this step. To verify your account, just click the SELL button located on the main header menu. You will then be directed to the verification page if your account is not verified. Once verification is completed, you will not see this verification prompt again until another 180 day, where sellers must get verified again to ensure security in the marketplaceas
Although we do our best to keep such sellers off our site, this problem does arise occasionally. We recommend that you send details of the transaction to fraud@bideuphoria.com. Be sure to include auction number(s), sellers username, date and method of payment, and any other information that would assist us in our investigation.
We will do our best to mediate a resolution for you, but there is no way for us to recoup funds for you, or guarantee you any specific results. We ask that you use "safe" payment methods when making purchases from buyers you are not familiar with. When we say "safe", we are referring to payments through Paypal or Google, as you have the chargeback process available for such issues. We strongly recommend that you do not use cash, money orders, checks, or wire transfers to pay sellers you are not familiar with, or sellers that have limited feedback ratings. These payment methods leave little or no recourse for the buyer, in regards to recouping funds paid to the seller.
BidEuphoria will thoroughly investigate all such claims, then take appropriate action against sellers accounts that are not in compliance. We will also take steps to hinder these persons from signing up to sell on the site again.
We suggest filing complaints with the appropriate agencies below, should BidEuphoria is not be able to resolve your issues.
File a complaint with the shipper USPS
File a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center
File a complaint with the National Fraud Information Center
National Consumer League's Fraud Center

You would need to log in to your account, click the "My Store" tab in the members area, then click the "Main Setting" sub-tab. You will now see your store url towards the top of the page.
Feel free to use this store url to promote your store. You can include this link in external web pages that you may own, include as a signature link in your emails, add to your signature for posts you may make in other forums, etc. If you send unsolicited emails (spam), do not include any links to your store on BidEuphoria. This would be a violation of site policy that could result in account suspensions.

To list your item simply click on the “Sell” link found on the header navigational bar. The listing process is split up into several main sections, notably:-

    • Category selection
    • Item Details
    • Auction Settings
    • Shipping and Payment
    • Listing preview
    • Listing confirmation

The listing process is developed in such a way that you are guided through every step seamlessly.

The first part of the process is to choose the category you wish to list your item in, this can be revised at any time by using the “Previous Step” navigation button.

Step two enables you to enter your item title and description, a full wysiwyg editor is in place to enable you to use HTML descriptions.

If you have a voucher code to redeem this can be entered just below the description field.

Moving on to step three, this is the biggest stage of the listing process. On this step you can set the following:-

    · Auction type:-

    Standard Auction

This is a single quantity auction

    Dutch Auction

Dutch auction enables you to list a multiple quantity auction, for example if you have 100 pens to sell you can list all of these together in a single lot. Bidders will be able to select how many they wish to bid for.

    · Currency:-

You can select your preferred auction currency using the drop down menu available

    · Quantity:-

This field is only active if listing a Dutch auction, please see above for an explanation of this listing type

    · Auction Starts At:-

This requires you to enter the minimum bid you are willing to accept, you can also set a reserve price to ensure you do not sell the item for this amount. Please see below for more information on this.

    · Reserve Price:-

Enabling a reserve price affectively means you will not sell the item for less than the amount set, for example you can set the start price at 5.00 but only accept winning bids over 50.00, should a bid be placed for 49.99 the item will close without a winner.

    · Buy out (if available):-

Buy out allows you to set an amount you are willing to sell the item for – straight out. For example you can set the start price to 10.00 but offer interested parties the option to buy the item immediately for 100.00.

You can also list buy out only auctions, these auctions remove all bidding options meaning the listing can only be purchased for a set amount. To set a buy out only auction you need to set the buy out value to be exactly equal with the start bid.

    · Offer-Range (if available):-

You can set a price bracket in which you are willing to listing to offer, for example if you set the price brackets from 15.00 to 100.00 interested parties will be able to offer you an amount within these brackets, you can opt whether to accept or decline these offers at any time via the members area.

    · Bid increment:-

This option can be used to set your own custom bid increment if preferred.

    · Item featuring (if available):-

The following options are available to you (fees may apply), these will highlight your item on site to ensure they reach more visitors:-

    § Home page featured

    § Category featured

    § Bold text

    § Highlighted background

    · Set start/end time:-

You can either opt to list your item right away and set a defined number of days for it to be live for or you also have the option to define your own custom start/end time.

    · Private Auction:-

Private auction will hide the bidders identity on the item details page

    · Image upload:-

To accompany your item you can either upload images from your local computer or enter the URL of an image(s) hosted elsewhere

    · Media upload:-

In addition to images you can also upload media files, please note only .avi/.mpeg/.mov are supported.

    · Auto Re-List

For convenience you can opt to have your items automatically re-listed for you, options are available to allow you to select whether the item should be re-listed if sold and how many re-list attempts should be made.

On the next step you can set your shipping and payment preferences including your shipping rates and available methods of delivery.

Proceeding on, you can then review the listing and make changes if required, please note you can still edit your listing once live via the members area.

The final step provides you with listing confirmation. as

The auction watch features notifies you of newly listed auctions which contain keywords you have chosen. For example if you are looking for a new Digital Camera you could enter in those keywords from within your members area area. Each time a new auction is listed containing those keywords you will be notified via email.

    as

The item watch features lets you keep a close eye on any auction without having to place a bid on it. This feature means you can be kept up to date on how an auction is doing and prepares you to place a winning last minute bid. You can watch any auction by clicking on the “Watch this item” link on any auction page.

    as

If the option is available you can use “Buy Out” to purchase the item immediately without having to place a bid. Some sellers offer such an option which can be used at any time until a bid has been placed over any applicable reserve price.

The “Buy Out” option will appear on the item details page, you will be asked to confirm your intention to buy out the item before the sale is concluded. Buy out’s cannot be retracted.

    as

To create your account choose the “Register” link on the header navigational bar or use any of the links available on the home page.

When registering you will be asked to complete a short form which includes standard information such as your contact details, preferred login credentials etc.

    Mandatory fields include:-

    · Name

    · City

    · State/Province/county

    · Zip/Post Code

    · Phone Number

    · Birthday

    · Username & Password

    · E-Mail address

    as

Placing a bid on an item you are interested in couldn’t be easier, when viewing the item details page you will have two areas from where you can place your bid, one next to the item details and a second at the bottom of the page.

To place your bid simply enter the amount you wish to bid e.g. 50.00. Please note no currency symbols are required. The bid will be placed in the auction currency.

Once done you will be asked to review your bid and you will also be able to view vital item details such as the shipping conditions before confirming your bid. To submit your bid simply press the “Place Bid” button.

If your bid is high enough to take the lead in the auction a confirmation message will be displayed to you, however if your bid has not taken the lead be it due to a higher proxy bid or not meeting the reserve price you will be invited to make a further bid.

Should you decide to retract your bid this can be done via the “Current Bids” section of the member’s area.

You can also place a proxy bid, proxy bidding allows you to place your “High Bid”. At all times you will only pay the lowest required bid should you win the auction. For example, if the current bid on an auction is 500.00 you can place a proxy bid of 2,000. Should you remain the only bidder you will only pay 500.00. However should the item receive other bids the site will automatically re-bid for you (upto 2,000 in this scenario) to ensure you remain in the lead.
