1 What does it cost to register?
It's totally free to register with BidEuphoria.
1 I registered, but never received a welcome email. What do I do?
Please be patient as it may take some time to process your registration request. If you have not received your welcome email, there are a few possible explanations. Your local email server may be busy. You may have entered an incorrect or misspelled email address in the registration form. Or, you may have BidEuphoria's emails blocked from your mail server, please make sure to also check your "bulk" mailbox.

The best thing to do is request your confirmation email again
. If you do not receive this confirmation in the next 24 hours, you may want to contact BidEuphoria using the Contact Us form.
1 Does BidEuphoria require my credit card when I register?

You can register with BidEuphoria without using a credit card. However, if you plan on selling items, you will need to verify you membership before posting auctions to comply with our Safe Shopper Program,which is $2.50 every 365 days if you plan on selling on BidEuphoria. Though your credit card is not needed, you may at register input the way you would like to be paid from your customers via Paypal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net, and more, that information is up to you.

1 What do I do if I forget my password or my username?
Go to the Forgot My Password and/or Username section of BidEuphoria. There you will be able to retrieve your password and/or your username by providing your username and email address. You will then be sent an email that will contain step by step instructions on how to resolve your password problems.
1 I want to update my registration information. Do I have to register again?
No. BidEuphoria members are expected to maintain valid and up-to-date contact information (e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number). This is a vital aspect of creating an honest and secure trading environment for BidEuphoria users. You may do so by visiting accounts detailed page in the Members Area. You will be required to login before accessing this area. You do not need to register again and doing so may cause problems with your account.
1 What about the privacy of my information?

Your privacy is very important to us. Bideuphoria is fully committed to protecting your right to privacy within our on-line auction community. BidEuphoria does not sell, rent or otherwise release registered user information to third parties and this information is not used for marketing purposes. We do not voluntarily allow your e-mail address or any other personal information to be displayed anywhere on our website, except in the BidEuphoria Members Area which is accessible only by you with your password.

BIDDING QUESTIONS
1 How can I place a bid?
To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in, a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place your chosen bid . If you do not see a Place Bid button on the listing page, then the listing has already closed. We will notify you via e-mail if you have been outbid by another user. Remember, you must be a registered user before you can begin bidding on items. Don't worry! Registration is safe, easy, and free!
1 How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your Members Area and selecting the Bidding page.
1 How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid.
1 Is it possible to lower or retract my bid?
At this time, it is not possible to lower or retract a bid once it is placed. Please be very careful when you bid and only place bids that you intend to follow through with.
1 After I place a bid, can I increase my maximum bid (proxy bid)?
Yes. As long as the auction has not closed, you may submit a new maximum bid.
1 Where can I get more information about the seller?
You can easily learn more about the seller by browsing through their feedback profile. This is an excellent way to find out about a seller's trading habits and prior dealings on BidEuphoria. You may also visit a seller's "About Me" page to see what information they provide about themselves.
1 How much does it cost to place a bid?
Simply placing a bid on a BidEuphoria auction is free. As a registered user, there is absolutely no obligation to buy. Please feel free to stop by and surf around from time to time. BidEuphoria is constantly expanding our selection of top quality merchandise. New items are available daily.
1 How can I find more information on an item before making a purchase?
Before placing your bid, take some time to look over the Listing of the item you interested in. We suggest you learn as much information as possible about any item you are looking at. Before Bidding you may want to Ask Seller A Question if you require additional information about the item, the payment terms, or would like to determine shipping and handling costs.
1 Why does the system tell me my bid is invalid?
There are two reasons why a confirmed bid can be considered invalid:

1.You have entered an invalid value in the Bid Amount field. Make sure that your bid amount contains only numbers and decimal points, i.e., 45.00. Do not enter any dollar signs ($) or commas (,) into the bid amount field.

2.Your bid amount is less than the Next Bid value. Make sure that your bid is equal to or greater than the current Next Bid value shown on the listing page.
1 Will the system allow me to bid against myself?
No, bidders are not able to bid against themselves. If you attempt to place a bid against yourself, you may end up raising your maximum proxy bid, but your current bid will not be affected.
1 Why am I immediately outbid every time I place a bid?
This means that another bidder has placed a maximum (proxy) bid higher than yours. As soon as your bid was confirmed, our system raised the other member's bid above yours just enough to make them the current highest bidder.
1 Why did my bid jump up so high?
If you are bidding in a Reserve auction and you set your maximum bid at a price that is equal or higher than the seller's reserve price, your bid will automatically be raised to meet it. For example, a seller sets a minimum bid at $20 and a reserve price at $50. If you set your maximum bid at $70, your bid will automatically jump to $50 and it will be noted that the reserve price has been met.

Another situation where your bid might jump is when another bidder places a higher maximum bid. Our system will automatically place your bid, up to your set maximum bid, on your behalf.
1 What if I cannot contact the seller?
Please be patient as the seller may have encountered a personal emergency or has been unable to respond to his/her email. If you are unable to contact the seller within a reasonable amount of time, we encourage you to leave appropriate feedback to warn others.
1 What do I do if the seller decides not to sell the item?
Although we do encourage buyers and sellers to follow through with their business obligations, BidEuphoria cannot force anyone to complete a transaction if they choose not to. If this situation does occur, bidders are encouraged to take action by leaving suitable feedback for the seller to warn others.
SELLING QUESTIONS
1 How can I list an item?
You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the Sell link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description.
1 How can I keep track of items I'm selling?
You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting Members Area and selecting
the Selling page.
1 Can I use HTML when listing an item?
Yes you can, however we recommend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.

1 I'm under 16 and can't signup?
In accordance with standard law under 16's cannot participate in auctions as they are legal binding contracts. You must be 18+ to register with BidEuphoria.

1 How do I import my feedback from other auction sites?
We have made the process of importing your feedback from other online auction site, such as eBay and Yahoo very easy. Just follow the following simple steps to import your feedback.
1.
Login into your BidEuphoria account and visit the Reputation link in the Member Area
2. Copy the code that is in bold that looks like this: BidEuphoria#username
3. Login to your online auction site from where you are importing your feedback
4. Visit the About Me Page, paste this code and save that page (in eBay: Enter your own HTML code)
5. Back on the Reputation page of BidEuphoria, enter your username and click Import/Revise
6. Your feedback is not imported and you should be able to see it in your listings
