BidEuphoria users cannot:

• Interfere with BidEuphoria

• the description area of the View Item page.
• the members' About Me page.
• the feedback comments area of the Feedback Form.
• the bid box.

• the BidEuphoria email forwarding system text box (e.g. Ask Seller a Question, Contact user).

In no case may a user block, obscure, overwrite or modify any BidEuphoria-generated content or pages. All other site locations or components of BidEuphoria pages are strictly for BidEuphoria use.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

• Listing cancellation
• Limits on account privileges
• Account suspension
• Forfeit of fees on cancelled listings

• Loss of Preferred Seller Discounts

• Use profanity on the site.

• Infringe on BidEuphoria intellectual property. See User Argeement

• Continue to use BidEuphoria if a member’s account is suspended.

A person suspended from BidEuphoria loses all user privileges. A suspended individual is not permitted to participate on the BidEuphoria using any existing account, or to register new accounts with BidEuphoria. A suspension from BidEuphoria may be for a fixed length of time, indefinite, or permanent. Suspensions remain in effect until removed by BidEuphoria.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

• Listing cancellation
• Limits on account privileges
• Permanent Account suspension
• Forfeit of BidEuphoria fees on cancelled listings

• Loss of Perferred Seller Discounts

Members who suspect that someone trading on the BidEuphoria is connected to a suspended account, are encouraged to report it. by providing the User ID of the suspended member, as well as the User ID that is currently being used. (customerservice@bideuphoria.com)

• Make offers to buy or sell outside of BidEuphoria.

• Post want ads, except in the Want It Now section of BidEuphoria.

In addition to rules that apply to all BidEuphoria users, BidEuphoria also has rules specifically about Feedback, buying and selling. In the help section below.

Rules about identity

Member identity is a building block of the BidEuphoria Marketplace. BidEuphoria treats member identity with great respect. BidEuphoria expects Community members to treat member identity with the same level of respect.

BidEuphoria users:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cannot misrepresent their identities.
• Must always provide valid and complete contact information and must always have a valid email address.
• Cannot publish the contact information of other members in an online public area.

• Must choose their User ID wisely.

Rules about communicating with other BidEuphoriaUsers

BidEuphoria users:

• Cannot misuse the BidEuphoria email forwarding system, send unsolicited email (spam) or email threats to other members.

Rules about BidEuphoria responsibilities

• BidEuphoria Privacy Policy specifies how your personal information is used. BidEuphoria Employees are bound by all BidEuphoria policies and need to identify themselves as BidEuphoria employees when they bid, list an item or submit content to the site.

On occasion, members may find themselves trading with or reading content from an BidEuphoria member who is also an employee of an BidEuphoria company. When participating on BidEuphoria company Web sites (for example, CDLife, BidAuto, Bid-E Tv. etc.), BidEuphoria employees must follow certain rules. Please note that BidEuphoria,Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and joint ventures, do not sponsor or endorse employees' buying or selling through the BidEuphoria company Web sites. Further, BidEuphoria employees publishing Community content (reviews, guides, blog entries, articles, and product descriptions) as members are speaking for themselves and not on behalf of BidEuphoria Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and joint ventures.

• Limits on account privileges
• Account suspension

• Termination of position
